Akami Poke and Ramen was started by Emmanuel Cuevas in 2021. After working in Denver in Japanese cuisine for 18 years, He and his Family moved to Durango to work towards developing delicious fusion asian cuisine. Starting with a food truck, Emmanuel with his wife Evelyn and son Angel Cuevas worked hard to build up a terrific menu at an awesome location. With their focus on rich ramen broths and fresh poke bowls this family can't wait to bring fresh and exciting new flavors to Durango through AKAMI POKE & RAMEN.
